Recommended Preparation:
Best enjoyed as pour-over, especially V60, with a medium-coarse grind and a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, such as 15 g of coffee to 240 ml of water.
Whole Bean Only
We offer our coffee exclusively as whole bean to preserve its freshness, aroma, and full character for as long as possible. Once coffee is ground, it begins to lose its aromatic compounds more quickly. Keeping it whole allows you to enjoy the coffee closer to its original quality and intended experience.
